4th Anniversary!

September 1, 2011 was our 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!  There are many posts that were suppose to come before this one but I wanted to get this down while it was still fresh. I'm so grateful for my wonderful husband of 4 years. He is always working so hard to make things wonderful for the kids and I. Junior came home from work with a dozed red roses and chocolate...what more could a woman ask for. This year to celebrate we decided to go out to dinner, lets be honest, dinner without kids is a celebration in and of itself. So our two good friends, Lindsay and April offered to watch Aden and Trey for us (Thanks again ladies!). We thought it would be better to split them up so as to not overwhelm  one person. So we went to a romantic little restaurant in Orem called Apple-bees have you heard of it? On a realistic note we had a gift card so we decided to go there so we could eat whatever we wanted...and we did. I ate so much my stomach hurt...I hate when I do that, but the anniversary only comes once a year; good thing I have Thanksgiving and Christmas to look forward to as well:). Then after we went to Hobby Lobby which was across the street, thought we better walk off all that food. We bought a bunch of stuff for Trey and then headed home to pick up our kiddos. To finish off our date Junior gave me a gorgeous set of earrings and necklace. I am so lucky to have such great friends and such a wonderful husband.

 Aden's First Steps 10 Months!

Our little Aden had a suprise for us on our anniversary (Sept 1, 2011). We went to Lindsay and Junior's house to pick up Trey and while we were visiting Aden walked 7 steps to Lindsay. We have tried to get him to repeat it since but have only gotten a step here and two steps there nothing like 7 steps, we were so impressed.

Our little Aden has such a personality! He has learned he has a voice, if Trey tries to take something away from him he starts to scream. Trey was getting out his scooter and it fell over, Aden quickly crawled over to it and started examining the wheels. When Trey tried to pick it back up Aden stated screaming at him. It was quite a site to see.

I remember when we bought this basketball toy for Trey. It is amazing that we now have another child big enough to now play with it.

Aden has been such a pleasant baby! He is so easy-going. When we went camping for the first time at the family reunion I was a little worried about how Aden would do, but he was awesome. As long as he is outside he is a happy camper. I want to list some of Aden's big landmarks he has had up to his 10 months:
April 1st Aden's First tooth broke through 5 Months
April 4th Aden rolled over and received his 2nd tooth 5 months
April 6th Aden's 3rd tooth broke through
May 1st Aden started clapping his hands 6 months
May 12th Aden Sat up alone 6 1/2 months
May 17th Aden crawled (he crawled to Gianno) 6 1/2 months
July 11th Aden started walking around the furniture 8 1/2 months
September 1st Aden's first Steps

Aden is so funny he likes to snuggle blankets. I had these blankets on the floor and he had so much fun laying on them and crawling all over them.

Such a sweet smile, he loves soft things.

Aden started saying Dadda super early about 7 months and he was shaking his head "No No" and patty cakes at 8 months. He is now giving kisses, sniffies, waving by by, reaching for people, he can say "Uh Oh" and cries when we tell him No. He has been so much fun, we absolutely love to see him develop his personality and watch how he and Trey interact.

He is such a ham, he know what the camera is. When I get out the camera he will start cheesing it for me.

He loved his exersaucer. He is now offended when we put him in it. He thinks he should be able to crawl around everywhere.

Cheese. Aden loves Trey's room! He has many toys of his own but his most favorite place to be is in Trey's toys. He will play there by himself for quite a while.

As I mentioned before, Aden loves the outdoors. If I bring his exersaucer outside he will just sit there and watch all the kids play. He really enjoys watching his brother and learning from him. It is funny because Trey will be doing something minding his own business and Aden will crawl over to him and want to take whatever Trey has away from him. Trey has been a little annoyed with Aden lately.

There is our big boy crawling around. He thinks he should be involved with whatever is going on around him. Junior and Trey were wrestling and Aden though he needed to get in the action it was so cute. We love you Aden !
