Can I just tell you how much I love having a blog. I was trying to remember how old Trey was when he first rolled over, I can not remember for the life of me. Well now that I have a blog I will be able to keep track of everything Aden and Trey do from now on, but because I have not blogged for so long I have so so many pictures to blog about. The blogging may stop for a while but the taking pictures never stops! I find it funny how before you are married with kids you get ready to go to the movies, dinner, parties, bowling, and all sorts of fun things. Well now a days I get ready to do grocery shopping with Junior. Below we have just gotten ready to go do grocery shopping because it is way too hard to do it my myself with the two boys. I just don't know how women have more than two kids and go shopping, hats off to them because I find having just two children plenty of work for me. When I have gone by myself I have to be creative finding places for all the groceries to fit in with Aden and Trey in the cart you can only fit so many items. When I get up to the cashier I start pulling things from under the car seat, cart, Trey; it is an interesting experience.
Trey is so funny, when we tell him to say cheese, this is the face we get from it. He was watching this cartoon with the superheros (which he loves) and there was a Brazilian Superwoman hero person and she danced the "Somba" as her super power so when I turn on music during the day while I clean he will start dancing and say "look mom Somba" I guess that Brazilian blood runs strong in that boy :-)
Aden is so delightful, he just sits there and talks to me while I cook dinner. I have been trying to talk him into rolling over, it's not happening. He gets really upset after a few minutes. He is such a good baby. He starts getting so excited when you talk to him, his eyes light up and he starts kicking his feet he love to talk. He almost started laughing the other day, I started tickling him and he would just smile and talk
We went to see the ducks on Saturday, there is a warm springs where my dad works and the ducks live there year round. So we met my dad for lunch and brought bread to feed the ducks. Trey and Junior do not like the crusts on their bread so when we take them off we have a duck bag we put them in and feed it to the ducks when it gets full, Trey loves it. So when we go back, Trey is such a little cookie monster, he demands cookies all the time. So I had him help me make them this time. He thought making them was just as much fun as eating them. He learned the word "Snicker doodle" and danced around the house saying it. The saddest story ever, this particular batch of cookies turned out so so good. Junior took some to work and shared with some of his co-workers, apparently one lady did not get one so the next day she told Junior how upset she was that she did not get one because she heard how good they were. Junior has to bring a treat to work once a month or so, so he told the co worker not to worry because it was his day to bring treats tomorrow and he would bring cookies. Well not one of the batches turned out, they were either overcooked or undercooked. Worst day ever! Why is it when you plan to bring something it never turns out right? Just to let you know I do dress him every morning but he tends to undress as the day progresses.Ahh thank you UFC for making my boys addicted to the arts of fighting. It is so funny to watch Junior and Trey fight Trey really puts a lot of strength into his punches, and I think Junior does not just pretend to get hurt; Trey really hits hm hard! So there is Trey when Junior punches him (not hard he pretends to punch him) he falls down with sound effects and all "ah oh aho" its so funny. And then he jumps up and says his famous "C'mon dad fight like a man" I can't help but laugh.
We had a little visitor, this is my cute nephew Joel. Trey loves Joel, he is so easy going and lets Trey tell him what to do. Every day Trey wants Joel to come play. Aden, however, is wondering what is going on.
It was so funny, I walked in the room while Trey and Joel were playing. Trey was hiding one that side of the table and Joel was on the other. Trey was saying hide Joel the Grinch is coming, So Joel was obeying hiding on the other side. It is so cute because they have conversations, I love just listening to what they say to each other.
My mom has been coming over every morning and we go swimming. It has been so nice to get out and do a little exercising. Trey loves to swim, I just have to get him more comfortable with the water. So I walk Aden around until he falls asleep, put him in his car seat by the chairs and go swimming as well. It has been really great because we go around nine in the morning and no one is there Love it.
There is my little Aden, smiling as usual
Grandpa has a little soft spot for Aden I think. Aden always gives Grandpa big smiles so he is becoming a favorite :-) Trey was such a stinker, when my dad would come and see him he would start screaming. Trey has not warmed up to my dad yet, but little Aden sure loves him.More smiles from Aden. His new think is chewing on his finger. He puts his chubby little pointer finger in his mouth and just chews it is adorable.
Trey was so fascinated with Junior cutting his hair, to tell you the truth it fascinates me too. He does such a great job, and it is even all the was around. He was Junior's little helper, Junior gave him the brush and asked him to hold it for him. Trey had to examine all that went into to this activity.
Trey loves Aden. He will sing to him, talk to him, and hug him. He was telling him a story in the picture below. Trey was playing and all the sudden ran up to Aden and said "I love you little bebe very much" it was so sweet. Aden is lucky to have such a loving older brother. It's true that Trey wakes him up, pokes his eye, pinches his cheeks, and once in a while drops something on him. But he sure does love him.
Ahh are you getting sick of the smile picture, because I'm sure not. They make my heart melt, look at that sweet face. What more could I want. By the way, the cute little outfit I got at Wal-Mart for $3 that was my happy purchase of the week.
Do they look like brothers or what. They have the same expression on their faces, so cute
My little Aden, he is getting so good at holding his head up. When he is having belly time, he will lift his head up for a long time and look around. He is already 3 months old. Where does time go?
